According to Eater, rolling stone chef Jason Neroni is back on the road, bailing Osteria La Buca after eight months that maintained the southern Hollywood Italian’sneighborhoodandcriticalapproval. Osteria La Buca confirms the chef’s departure, but at this early point, there’s no word on Neroni’s next step in astoriedcareer that saw him working locally at Spago and abroad at New York’s Le Cirque, Essex House, Tabla, 71 Clinton Fresh Food, andmost notoriously, Porchetta. Nor is there word on Buca’s months to come after a year that saw itturn pink, start abiker gang, and beginslanging wine.
