L.A.’s well-fed ramen fans may have even more reason to rejoice next week, as a new spot called Torayoshi Ramen is opening inside of Koreatown Plaza’s food court. An owner tells us the specialty here will be porky, Tokyo-styletonkotsuramen and projects that an opening will come around the 16thor 17th, if not sooner.Torayoshi, opening at928 S.
