A small fire atGitane上周五被迫暂时关闭aurant, and there was reportedly some damage done in the dining room. Coincidentally, this was the same night that chefs Bridget Batson and the newly hired Patrick Kelly (also Batson’s husband) were launching他们的新, Andalusian-focused menuand the new tasting menu upstairs. A release from the team says they hope to reopen this Thursday, November 15, and in the meantime both chefs will move next door toClaudine. There’s no word on where or how the fire started.
