A few weeks back we received word that Han “I am the god of hellfire” Chiang waseying the former home of Daniel Stern’s MidAtlanticfor a University City-based outpost of his ever-expandingHan Dynastyempire. Today we learned that it’s official. The Insider reports that Chiangsigned a lease yesterdaywith the space’s owner, the University City Science Center, and that he and partner Kevin Huang will make some minor changes before opening up for business. While an exact date is not mentioned, we’ve heard that Chiang turned around his Manayunk location in just six days. So it shouldn’t be long before Drexel and Penn kids will have the opportunity to melt their faces off with the Dynasty’s sizzling Szechuan dishes. [Insider]
