April’s CB3 Manhattan meetings schedules have just posted, and among the applicants seeking full-liquor licenses is an entity called “Ulli Bar Corp,” which is owned byMax Fishproprietor Ulli Rimkus and looking to set up shop at theGallery Barspace at 120 Orchard Street. The bar’s website still touts its forthcomingBrooklyn location, so perhaps we’re looking at a veritable school of Max Fish? The new development would seem to confirmlast month’s rumors.
