As promised, Ravi DeRossi, chef Luis Gonzalez (Cienfuegos), and barkeep Frank Cisneros (Dram)开设第二个资产阶级猪,卡罗尔Gardens. The BK location looks much like the East Village original, with nineteenth-century saloon vibe complete with flocked wallpaper, abundant brocade upholstery, shiny gold ceilings, and chandeliers; in warm months, the 40-seat capacity will increase by half thanks to an outdoor space.

Liqueurs and amari star on the cocktail list, with quaffs like the Mai Tai Española (Spanish brandy, Italian aqua vitae, lime, toasted-hazelnut syrup, orange liqueur, and Branca Ment), and take note: This location offers half-price bottles of wine on Monday and Tuesday nights, too. Food, meanwhile, is a daily-changing chalkboard lineup of shareable bites, including fondue, of course, and cheese and charcuterie plates, plus a raw bar. See the space and some eats and drinks below.
