Off the Menu reports that the ex-HarrisonandGustochef, who spent some time off the line to compete in theNext Iron Chef: Redemptionlast year, will reopen Chelsea’s iconicEmpire Dinerspace with a new culinary direction by the end of thesummer. (The last incarnation of the classic greasy spoon, called the Highliner,closed in December.)
