At this morning’s unveiling ofJBF LTDatChelsea Market, triple-Michelin-starred chef Laurent Gras kept mum about his next move; “I’m leaving it open,” he demurred when we chatted him up. Still, Gras did reveal to Grub Street that after his five nights of sold-out James Beard Foundationdinners, he’ll go on to do at least three more pop-ups, including one atBLT Fishon May 2. The chef already partnered with Andrew Carmellini for aMardi Gras event, and with Paul Liebrandt ofCortonlast week. Don’t expect any big moves for Gras this summer, though: Once he finishes this next round of dinners, he’s “going to the beach.”
