In a recent Metromix survey of New York chefs,Dos Caminos厨师常春藤鲜明的命名Oleana’s Ana Sortun as one of the chefs she’d most like to see open in New York. Though Sortun is flattered to be mentioned, she tells Grub Street that “I don’t have any plans, but I certainly love New York! The thought has crossed our mind because a lot of people have said ‘you should come to New York!’ but not tomorrow. Someday.”
