A couple weeks back we mentioned that Midtown Village’sOpawas expanding with anoutdoor beer gardenin the alley behind the restaurant. After several weeks in soft-launch mode, George Tsiouris, who owns the restaurant with his sister Vasiliki, told Grub today that the outdoor space, dubbed Drury Beer Garden, opens for reals tonight at 5 p.m., and will keep the party going until midnight. It will remain open on Fridays and Saturdays until 2 a.m., and will soon open earlier in the day on weekends. The short menu is described as “fun and tasty” and with it comes a whole new selection of cocktails, beers and wines. An old school boombox and a ping pong table provides the entertainment. Keep reading to see the menu.
