After receiving an influx of fans for his Mexican-style street hot dogs, Danny Mena atSalon Hecho(the spinoff ofHecho en Dumbo) has shifted gears. He tells Grub Street that the Salon kitchen, whichwasrooted in traditional Spanish cantina fare, will be now largely focus on old-school Mexican food.
